We (Clare and Company Limited) ensure data held and / or processed by ourselves is managed in line with the below Policy.

This document covers some legal technicalities and also offers re-assurance to our client and suppliers that we will treat your data with the respect that we would demand of our own data.

If you are a customer or supplier, we store your data for a minimum of six years. ‘Hard Copies’ of client and supplier information has been locked in a secure filing system within a locked and alarmed building that is only accessible by employees of Clare and Company Limited. All ‘Soft Copies’ of client and supplier information on our systems are password protected and are compliant with the most current data protection regulations.

How we have collected personal information?

We have collected personal information when you contacted us with an enquiry, this could be via email, via a telephone call, or via a face-to-face meeting.

When you submitted your data to us, by email, phone or in person, this may have been used by us in a variety of ways, specifically:
